INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: NIGERIA RENEWS TIES WITH ANGOLA AS NIGERIAN AMBASSADOR PARLEYS ANGOLAN PRESIDENT Nigeria is set for a more fruitful bilateral relations with the republic of Angola.  The Nigerian Ambassador to Angola, Professor Monique Ekpong stated after her chat with the Angolan President, His Excellency, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the Presidential Villa in Luanda.  Professor Ekpong was received with a full guard of honour by President Gonçalves Lourenço for the occasion of presentation of letters of credence.  Letter of Credence is a formal diplomatic letter that appoints a diplomat as ambassador to another sovereign state. The letter is addressed from one head of state to another, asking them to give credence to whatever the ambassador may say on their country's behalf. Mr Aniekpeno Mkpanang Today Being 16th July 2021 Received The Former President Mr Olusegun Obasanjo For The Commissioning Of The Newly Constructed Flyover in Ikot Oku Ikono, Aks

  Today being July, 20th 2021 Mr Aniekpeno Mkpanang received the former president of Nigeria Mr Olusegun Obasanjo from the Akwa Ibom International Airport, Uyo when his flew in for the commissioning of the newly constructed Fly-over at   Ikot Oku Ikono in Akwa Ibom state. The newly constructed Fly-over is said to have a linkage with the Olusegun Obasanjo Way which was said to be named in honour of the Former President. History rewrote itself as Mr Aniekpeno Mkpanang and the Former President Olusegun Obasanjo had a personal bond previously together as the Former President once appointed him in July 2001 to work with him as Special Assistant at Aso Rock. It was a nice reunion at the Airport and you could see the senergy and bond in their faces. See photos below

Ade Adesomoju, Abuja The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal will hold its inaugural sitting on Wednesday. The Court of Appeal’s Media Officer, Sa’adatu Musa Kachalla said this in a statement on Tuesday. Kachalla said, “The Presidential Elections Petition Panel will begin its inaugural session on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the Abuja Division courtroom.
